“I was diagnosed with IBS over 2 decades ago and have suffered daily with severe symptoms including bloating, cramping, migraines, and disabling pain preventing me from walking at times. “I attended Sylva’s workshop on kidney health. To be honest, I thought I was already eating well to avoid further kidney stone issues, but I learned lots of new things. The food was so good! I sipped Sylva’s delicious ginger lemonade while watching her cook. She made it look easy to cook spicy lentil soup from scratch and several other dishes. The kitchen is very clean and comfortable. Sylva is organized and generous. I was with a small group and we all learned something while munching on yummy treats. For me the biggest take away was the knowledge that I can take better care of my kidneys and I felt motivated to do it. Since then I have incorporated some new foods and habits into my daily life.
